The rare first annotated Plantin edition of Catullus, edited by Giselinus, who had also edited Prudentius and Ovid for Plantin, as well as working as a proof-reader. The printed side-notes mostly give variant readings by Pontanus, Turnebus, Muretus, Fabricius, Statius, Scaliger, and others.
