Complete set of this leading Dutch periodical for modern art and architecture in the 1920's, important for its graphic design by H.Th. Wijdeveld as well for the contributions by famous architects and artists, not only from Holland: V. Huszar, M. de Klerk, W.M. Dudok, J. Toorop, W.H. Gispen, Jessurun de Mesquita, R.N. Roland Holst, A.D. Copier, H. Krop, etc., but also from abroad: El Lissitzky, Eileen Gray, Frank Lloyd Wright, Lyonel Feininger, Erich Mendelsohn, Ossip Zadkine, etc. Included in the set are the famous El Lissitzky-design (4-11) (spine partly a bit dam.), the 7 Frank Lloyd Wright-issues (7-3/9) bound here in the original cloth volume and the "Houtsnedennummer" (2-7/8) with the large folding woodcut by C.A. Lion Cachet loosely inserted (bound in hcl. bind., owrps. bound up). Partly w. loosely inserted announcements, such as the 'Technische gedeelte' in most of the issues of the first 3 volumes.
