Cont. cf., spine gilt and raised, sides ruled in gilt along borders, marbled endpapers. (Bind. slightly chafed on extremities, text slightly browned and w. some faint (water) staining in places, annotations in 18th c. hands on free endpapers at beginning and end, but a good copy).

(Corners bumped, spine ends chipped, joints split at the top, outer margin a bit frayed/affected by humidity at beginning and end, upper outer corner a bit stained in places).
