BINDER containing 76 anonymous, late 18th c. drawings in colour of flowers, plants, fruits, shells, fishes, etc. Sm-fol. Old vellum. (Apart from some age-toning and some staining in places in good interior condition).
Charming collection of 76 drawings/studies after nature in pencil and colour wash by an anonymous (dilettant) hand on laid paper with late 17th c. watermarks. On the upper paste down a name written in pencil is partially readable: "Mejuffrouw M. ..... Beyen". Many leaves loosely inserted, some leaves blank, other leaves removed from the binder, seemingly a long time ago.€ 800
